Motorola p2k easy tools 37On the first page of the Network Status Sheet from the Epson you will find about 2/3 down the page “IP Address” it will look like xxx.xxx.x.xxx. Well it did not! After much research this is how I got the CB to print in B/W and Color to the Epson ET-2720.To get this to work you need the IP address of the printer. Thought I would try a new printer so I purchased the Epson ET-2720 Epson claims this printer works with CB. Like others the CB quit working to my Brother HL-L2395DW. Dang thing didn’t even come with one because – yeah – most folks are going wi-fi and eliminating as many dang cables as they can.Epson website had a link to some dumb, techno-mumbo jumbo on Microsoft page that made about as much sense as the Trek talk regarding fictional warp drive. Someone else suggested using a cable from the printer closest to my work laptop. IT recommended Firefox – No, nothing, wrong answer.Someone suggested Safari? Never heard of it, don’t know if it will work but I will try it tomorrow. Subsequent prints, the printer will say 0 documents sent!I have a perfectly fine Epson WF-3640 in the room where I work and and an equally fine Epson WF-3720, I think is the number.Neither printer needs replaced or is going to be replaced because we don’t have that in our budget – thanks so much 2020 & 2021!Pitiful that with so many people either working or schooling from home that the & the computer “gods” decide to add additional stress to their lives.I have reinstalled both printers on both my work & personal computers.
